- Service Engagement: Services commence upon receipt of payment and signed agreement. Timelines provided are indicative and may vary based on government processing times.
- Client Responsibility: The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete documentation as required. Delays caused by incorrect or missing documents are not Regible's liability.
- Platform Access: Login credentials to Regible portals are personal and non-transferable. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
- Intellectual Property: All software, tools, and content on Regible portals are the intellectual property of Regible Corporate Advisor LLP.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Guwahati, Assam.
- Modifications: Regible reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Refund Policy

⚠️ No Refund Policy: Once a service has been assigned and work has commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
Regible Corporate Advisor LLP follows a strict no-refund policy for the following reasons:
- Government filing fees, stamp duties, and statutory charges paid on your behalf are non-recoverable.
- Consultant time, documentation, and preparation work begins immediately upon assignment.
- Service packages involve upfront resource allocation that cannot be reversed.
Exceptional Cases:
- If Regible is unable to deliver the contracted service due to internal reasons, a credit note or partial refund may be considered at our sole discretion.
- Disputes must be raised within 7 days of service assignment via email at regible@yahoo.com.
We strongly recommend reviewing all service details before making payment. Our team is available to answer any questions prior to engagement.
